See below: Some of the weight loss is going to be from the baby and placenta. Some is going to be from the loss of the extra fluid that you gained during pregnancy. Most likely this is normal, especially if you gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy. Keep an eye on it, but remember there are some people who never are able to loose the "baby weight" without diet and exercise.
