A certain amount of asymmetry in paired organs is normal. Left breast normally hangs lower than the right.

The salivary glands and their associated ducts under your Tonge may normally be asymmetric, just as one hand is slightly larger than the other, one ear lobe slightly longer than the other, etc. Be sure to ask you Dentist to take a look just to put your mind at ease. It's important to you, therefore will be important to our Dentist.
