Human VARIATION: The size and "space" of the spinal canals differ even in humans with the SAME height and weight! THUS the variation in mm that you question!
This space is also affected by "wear and tear" ie: ARTHRITIC changes

Lumbar disk: hits a nerve. (radiculopathy) the wiring to the muscle is sorta kinda lost (axon loss). the muscle weakens because it aint doing nothin (chronic inactive myopathic... blah blah).
rather an indication for surgery.

: Believe  your question regarding your muscle biopsy has been answered on several occasions and repetitive questions will not achieve dissimilar answers.  Suggest again that this clinical and biopsy situation should be handled by a neuromuscular specialist at a nearby medical school.

: I would spend the $ for a month's access to uptodate.com and read all about MD, yopathies and Neuromuscuslar disorders.  Your body is talking to you.  Listen and take good notes about what brings it on, makes it better, family history. Then share with your Dr. You all will figure it out. The better notes you take the better Dr will be able to decide on which tests. Do you have chronic COVID?

Yes they differ: Allopaths are MDs who use conventional treatments such as drugs and surgery.  Osteopaths are DOs who use the above but are trained in manipulation of the body and are a bit slower to use drugs.  Naturopaths us natural approaches such as supplementation, nutrition, etc.  Chiropractors adjust the musculoskeletal system to facilitate the flow of impulses through the nervous system.  Peace and health.

Perspective: The difference between mds (allopathic) and dos (osteopathic) is a matter of opinion. There are those who believe there's no practical difference. Mds & dos practice the same medicine & surgery and train in the same hospitals sometimes. Then there are those who tout the do's "holistic" approach which, having worked alongside dos for 10 years now, I have yet to see. There is no difference.

Yes, I do: It depends on the patient, the problem, and the skill of the homeopath in taking the case, though.  Some problems are not appropriate to treat primarily with homeopathy, and doing this will be both ineffective and possibly unsafe.  I've personally worked with many patients not helped through conventional means, and witnessed their gradual recovery.  I've had positive results in my own health too.

Placebos are good: You can take anything you want and put it in your body, but what evidence do you have that any homeopathic medicines are actually going to help? A prescription medicine has known medical benefits (as well as known risks), but which homeopathic medicines have known benefits? Take what works.

All legit at times: Obviously "medicine is "legit" but that does not mean it is the only valid approach & many conditions are not helped much by conventional medicine.There is scientific research confirming that tcm, chir. And energy healing can be beneficial, but it depends on the condition. Like medicine, each of these can each help some conditions more than others & some practitioners are more skilled than others.
