Yes, I do: It depends on the patient, the problem, and the skill of the homeopath in taking the case, though. Some problems are not appropriate to treat primarily with homeopathy, and doing this will be both ineffective and possibly unsafe. I've personally worked with many patients not helped through conventional means, and witnessed their gradual recovery. I've had positive results in my own health too.
