Fancy language : As we age the smaller vessels tend to lose patency or become blocked. That results in small focus of increased signal on the mri. Sometimes migraines cause them.

Maybe: We develop small signal changes in the deep white matter as we age. However, small lesions in the white matter can also be related to prior trauma, infection, inflammation, demyelination, and other disorders.  Small lesions at your age are something that may indicate a problem, or may be normal.  The best test for importance is to compare it with a previous MRI looking for worsening changes.

The location of your concern maybe actually a chronic, lifelong issue. Consult your doctor.

Sometimes supratentorial is a term used to describe unexplained or imagined symptoms.

Multiple Sclerosis: secondary progressive refers to descriptive course of illness and refers to progressive disability without any exacerbations in a patient who had exacerbations.  Can't tell from your description.
