: There is no contraindication of vaginal childbirth with history of lateral internal sphincterectomy.  Naturally, risk of incontinence is higher with multiple vaginal deliveries but routine pelvic exercise can alleviate the risk.

Mild : Mild incontinence is not uncommon after multiple pregnancies.  Vaginal rejuvenation procedures in general enhance the external appearance of the labia or laxity of the vagina.

Incontinence is due to urine escaping from the bladder into the urethra from increases in pressure; the normal urethra pathway can be permanently stretched from pregnancies, delivery, weight gain, or just aging.  A urologist is the type of doctor to see to best address this concern.

You may: Prolapsed uterus, when symptomatic, will cause the patient to experience heaviness sensation, a feeling like something is falling out, worse while standing or exertion . You need to be examined in order to ascertain the degree of relaxation and decide with your provider what type of treatment is suitable for you.

Thin small strips of mesh are the gold standard for stress incontinence and the fda agrees its the pelvic floor meshes that are the problem for reconstructiin.

Unanswerable: There are several types of incontinence.  What do you mean?  What other conditions? Any trauma or surgical history? Any infections or other diseases?

But, causes of sciatica include causes that interfere with the function of lower spinal cord nerves and some of these causes of sciatica could conceivably cause incontinence.
