Myofascial Release!: On page 37 of janet g. Travell/simons text book they list medical syndromes that are not completely "classical" and are being masqueraded by the abdominal muscle and fascia so called myofascial pain and dysfunction disorders. In this case the "incontinence" is best txed with myofascial release techniques w hands-on and w needles as with acupuncture, dry needling or trigger points injection.
