The wording does not suggest an immediate need for any treatment for the findings. Maybe if it worsened a few years or decades in the future, it would be an available option.

Keep BP normal

Mitral valve: If the echocardiogram was otherwise normal it would show that there has been no hemodynamic consequences or strain on the left atrium or left ventricle. However you should be followed by a cardiologist to monitor your heart for heart murmurs or worsening of the thickening of the mitral valve leaflets in the future causing mitral stenosis or regurgitation.? prophylactic antibiotics for dental work.

different kinds: Some mitral valve thickening is due to myxomatous degeneration. This is congenital, associated with prolapse,  and worsens over time. Another type is age related and is due to simple wear and tear. Infection is rare but more serious.

No: The most important thing from the echo is there is no leak. Also since you didn't mention i will assume everything else was normal. Could your valve worsen over time to the point you need surgery?  Maybe. Is there something you can do to prevent it? No. The chances are it will be fine for a long time or even the rest of your life. You just need to follow the valve periodically with your doctor.
