Disc rupture: This MRI report suggests that your disc between C7 and t1 has ruptured and some disc ' materiel' is pressing on the the front of the spinal cord.I would suggest seeing an orthopedic or neurosurgeon for evaluation fairly soon. Good luck!

Common MRI : It means that your kneecap sits slightly off to the side on the end of the thigh bone( trochlea) @ 90degrees of bend. ( flexion), and your 'groove' ( trochlea) is slightly shallow on your femur. Very common radiologic ' diagnosis' , seen most commonly in patients w/ 'mild' patellar instability or ' kneecap' pain. Chest pain: Chest pain is never something to ignore. At your age may be indigestion but you must go to your doctor for check up to be sure its not car diac disease, or an ulcer  etc.

i had a mri of my left knee done. the results came back there is mildly thickened appearance of the itb with subtle adjacent edema most prominent within the lateral supracondylar region. what does this mean??

Knee: The itb is the illiotibial band which runs from your hip to your knee and it is what tightens to make the lateral aspect of your quadricep firm. It inserts on the lateral supracondylar region which is the area that you can palpate just above your lateral epicondyle or bump on the outter aspect of your knee. The MRI shows evidence of inflammation.

No significance: This is called an incidental finding seen on your MRI, it would need to be correlated by your ordering physician with any physical problem you were having,,but by itself is not suggestive of problems.
