is it a good to be exercising with mild hives?

Careful: This is a delicate question to answer and a lot more needs to be known about your hives before giving you any advice, such as how long have you had them and do you have them all over?. I think you should ask your allergist if you have one.

is having nsaid induced hives the same thing as being allergic to them? what if u have mild hives even when not taking nsaids, just worse w/them?

NSAID hives: Nsaid hives can be due to ige mediated immediate allergy, or more commonly prostaglandin mediated angioedema and urticaria. 
The fact that hives were before starting nsaid, it does not seem like it is an allergy to nsaid.

Hives: I guess it's not possible. But you could figure out a little bit by experience. Make sure you have an Epipen (epinephrine) with you all the time.

Same reaction: A true allergic reaction , like hives, would also cause you to react the same way to the drug  even if given in another form. Dont try it.

Anaphylaxis: These are the first signs of anaphylaxis and it may progress..

Both: Hives or urticaria can be the result of drug reactions, allergies, or hereditary . You should probably see a dermatologist if they persist.

can a person who is sensitive to all nsaids be desensitized, if their only symptom when taking nsaids are mild hives? no resp issues whatsoever.

Yes: Yes, but once you are desensitized you need to stay on the medication.  Once you stop the medication, you would have to be desensitized again.  It is fairly easy.  It takes a few hours in my office.

do non-ige pseudoallergies get worse over time? i've had hives for 4 years; now know it is nsaid-related, but it hasn't worsened. always mild hives.

Chronic urticaria: Chronic urticaria is not always allergy related and can worsen with nsaids. In some cases it can be autoimmune. It is good that it has remained stable over the years and mild. A daily antihistamine should control the symptoms. It can go through flares from time to time and can remit on its own also.

No NSAIDS: If they are causing hives , then it is not prudent to continue to take that class of medication without physician monitoring. It is possible that the allergic reaction could worsen with continued exposures.

Low: Chances are low but not non-existent.
