Cp: Despite your young age every time we hear exertional chest pain we think angina, however exertional CP can be encountered for many other reasons sometimes. My recommendation would be to tell your doctor right away . If you just started and exercise program your muscles can be sore and they can cause pain. At any rate please speak to your doctor.

Unsure: Any chest pain should be eval by a doctor, but the chest pain that usually concerns me is midline dull aching pain that is worse w exertion and better w rest. Can also radiate to jaw or left arm. A stress test may be a good idea. I also like to check a calcium score in high risk patients without chest pain.

i did some cocaine and now have mild chest pain over the left side. i won't be touching the drug again but just wondered, should i seek medical help ?

Possibly: It is not uncommon for people to experience chest pain from using cocaine. If you regularly use, I would be concerned about your heart. If it was a one time thing that may be less likely. However, I still think that it would be a good idea to get it checked out in order to determine your baseline health whether you plan on using again or not.

Chestpain: This all sounds muscular to me, are you under a lot of stress, you may be developing TMJ pain that can cause jaw pain and headache.
