Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health! Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Chest pain: Standard of care is that all chest pain requires immediate evaluation. You have been trying to treat the symptoms, not the cause. Please stop trying to self diagnose and self medicate. It isn't working. Please seek immediate evaluation by your General Practitioner or Urgent Care. Most probable causes are cardiac, gastric-intestinal, or pulmonary. Find out what's wrong and treat the cause.
