I get random mild chest pain on just my left side. its maybe a 4 out of ten on a pain scale. what could it be?

Unsure: Any chest pain should be eval by a doctor, but the chest pain that usually concerns me is midline dull aching pain that is worse w exertion and better w rest. Can also radiate to jaw or left arm. A stress test may be a good idea. I also like to check a calcium score in high risk patients without chest pain.
