CXR: If you have otherwise been healthy, it is difficult to have hyperinflation (increase lung volume) and atelectasis (loss of lung volume) together. in the presence of chest pain (particularly when you take a deep breath), pneumonia is more likely than atelectasis. You need to be evaluated if you continues to have symptoms

ct scan for different resolved issue showed calcified right hilar lymph nodes. mild bibasilar dependant atelectasis. should i be concerned?

Unlikely: Atelecasis is a common finding. Your lungs get atelectatic simply not taking a deep breath. People get atelectasis commonly after  surgery when they have been laying down . Usually resolves with deep breaths. Calicified right hilar lymphnode should be followed with xray.

No: If you take a few good deep breaths, you'll eliminate it. If cts were free and had no radiation dose, you could prove this by taking a few deep breaths and repeating your scan.

: The findings you describe on your X-ray are mild and don't explain your symptoms. You need to discuss this with a pulmonary specialist .

: She probably has pneumonia, viral versus bacterial cause. Basilar atelectasis alone rarely causes shortness of breath and aspiration usually shows change in one side, mostly right lung.

: Translation= opacities are created when the tissues are denser than expected, usually because are not fully inflated or they retain the fluid of inflammation. The description locates these at the base of both lungs. It all suggests a viral illness, or the person did not take a deep breath to the level usually done for an exam.

Xray artifact: The word "artifact" indicates the radiologist thought perhaps there is nothing wrong at all, just some minor variation in the appearance of your lung tissue. OTOH, presumably the xray was done for a reason -- maybe symptoms that could be explained by such opacities? Speak with the doctor who ordered the xray. Good luck.

Bibasilar infiltrate: Sounds like you may be treated for pneumonia? Could be some congestion with fluid. Any history of congestive heart failure in the cardiac problems? If coughing with or without fever may suggest infectious process?

Fine lung scarring: Fine lung scarring usu. has no firm cause but can be due to autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and scleroderma as well as after exposure to asbestos or drugs. These include busulfan, bleomycin, nitrofurantoin, hydralazine, methotrexate, and amiodarone. 
Often the finding is incidental and has no specific cause/ importance. Sometimes an incomplete inspiration can exaggerate markings.
