: At this point, unlikely to be an ongoing reaction to the vaccine, and more likely to represent coincidental middle ear infection, perhaps secondary to sinusitis.  This is likely also triggering headache.  Agree with visit to ENT, but your primary doctor could also handle.

: I'm not convinced that her symptoms,which are nonspecific, are vaccine induced. I also note that the migraine&amp;tinnitus are not new symptoms.  I don't understand the rationale for antibiotics if her urine test was fine. I would reassure her that she will return to her baseline health status soon.

: If you add the acute headache days and the 4 postdromal days, you qualify for "Chronic Daily Migraine" pattern and should seek neurological consultation.  We have numerous preventative medications especially the newer CGRP items, and these can break up the pattern.  If you worry about a brain tumor, please realize that described symptoms are paroxysmal, inconsistent with a steadily growing mass.

Probably not: While migraines can be triggered by many things, usually tinnitus alone is not likely to do this.  If you are having periods of tinnitus related to loud sound exposure, the sound exposure is a more likely culprit. If you have constant tinnitus, then likely the migraines have some other cause.

Tinnitus: Recent treatment guidelines for tinnitus from the American Academy of Otolaryngology have recommended that no medication be considered for treating tinnitus due to inadequate benefit based on a review of the literature. If migraine is the main problem, then talking with your neurologist about treatment options is the best bet.

Yes: Migraine's can cause many different symptoms. They can cause tinnitus as well. It is usually due to a transient change in the cerebral blood flow.
