recently, i've been experiencing some symptoms of hyperthyroidism (e.g. more palpitations, increased sweatiness, thinning hair, fatigue, muscle twitches, and finger tremor), do i have it? also, i am obese, and my aunt also has hyperthyroidism?

: The cited symptoms are not specific to hyperthyroidism alone. Simple blood tests can confirm or exclude the diagnosis.

what causes numbness in tip of ring finger & 4th toe on same side of body. intermittent burning pain in arms and also occasional finger tremor/twitches. allll blood work clear, brain & spine mri clear and clean emg. ana 1:640 but clear blood work too?

: You have had a thorough work-up and current symptoms are not life threatening or debilitating so you just have to watch those symptoms for now, do not worry too much. If you truly have an underlying problem as the cause, sooner or later more specific symptoms will present then further investigation will be initiated. Good luck and take care!

Tremor: It could be benign (essential) tremor.  A key distinguishing feature for your doctor will be if it occurs at rest or with activity. Pay attention also to what makes it better or worse.  If alcohol (assuming you drink) makes better, it may be an important feature.  Does it get worse after exercise?  See your md with all the info you can on this.

i have tremors in right hand and right foot turns inward. my right hand gets so bad to where i can not use it and it cramps up and pinky, ring, and middle finger locks in place for about half an hour to 45 minutes?

Depends?: Tremors of the hand and fingers has many potential causes.  Sometimes it can be due to muscle weakness, or pressure on the nerves in the neck or arm.  They can also be caused by some neurologic disorders.  Benign essential tremor of the hands is fairly common, but usually not bothersome.  If it bothers you you should get it checked out by your doctor.

can sjogren's syndrome cause hand, fingers tremors?

Possible, not likely: It's possible that sjogren's syndrome could cause tremors if it's affecting the nerves, but it's much more common to have weakness/ sensation changes rather than tremor. 

Make sure your doctor is aware of this; the tremor may be related to a medication you're taking, or another condition.

Tremors: can be either benign as in essential tremor or a marker of a neurological disease. An evaluation should be done to assess for weakness or other signs and symptoms. There are treatments for tremors but they should be evaluated first.

for a couple of weeks i noticed that i get frequent hand/finger tremors. most of the time its my right hand, specifically the thumb.what does it mean?

Tremors: A fast frequency tremor mainly on one side may de suggestive of a benign essential tremor. This may have a tendency to run in families. Other possibilities could be thyroid disorders or using excessive amount of caffeine. Check with your physician for adequate diagnosis.

my mom still has finger and hand tremors 6 months after surgery. that can't be ok?

Hand tremors: The surgery which was done was for another reason than the tremors---i do not know if it was for a disc or carpal tunnel or what, but not for tremors---tremors come from brain----
tremors have a lot of causes depending if at rest, during action or intention.

when i extend my left hand my ring finger tremors & sometimes the  pointer. only when i extend and stretch fingers out and one hand.. parkinsons?

Tremors: can be the result of many different things and Parkinson's low down on the list.  You MAY have a pinched nerve or even essential tremors.  This means that sometimes people tremor and the cause is not known.  Your doctor will sort it out for you. Please see him/her.  Peace and good health.
