Adrenal issue: Adrenal insufficiency (with associated lack of hormones that the adrenal gland usually produces) can produce such symptoms.  However, pain in the back can have many potential causes (musculoskeletal, GI, gynecologic).  Talk to your doctor if symptoms continue to get a thorough evaluation to identify cause of symptoms.

Yes: It is more likely due to esophagitis rather than cancer, but it is possible. You should see a gastroenterologist due to your concerns.

i had an x-ray for middle back pain. it came back with dextroconvexity of the thoracic spine. what does this mean and could it be the cause?

Thoracic scoliosis: Detroconvexity implies that the apex of the curvature of your spine points to your right side. In the thoracic spine, it's the most common variety. Although pain can arise from adult idiopathic thoracic scoliosis, most patients are asymptomatic. Unless you have documented progression of the curve and/or neurologic dysfunction, most are treated conservatively. I would recommend a formal evaluation.

Maybe: The radiologist is simply pointing out that you have a curvature of the spine that seems more than "normal." the radiologist cannot see "pain" on the xray so usually send you back to the ordering provider to discuss any findings.

what are tell tell signs of lung cancer? i have coughed up blood, i have been having upper/middle back pain, and when i went to the doctor they said i had low vitamin d i just wanted a second opinion on what these symptoms might be.

Weight : Weight loss, spitting up blood, lack of appetite and energy along with abnormal cxr or ct chest (spot of chesr x ray or ct chest) are all suggestive of cancer. Sometimes coughing too hard/bronchitis can lead to blood in sputum as well besides lung cancer.

Fluids and rest: throat culture is suggested to rule out Strep.  If symptoms persist seek medical evaluation.

See below: Rather than figuring out what to take it is more important that you evaluate your lifting technique, the amount of weight and reps you are doing rather than taking medications. You may need to alter your technique as well as the amount of weight and reps. I am sorry if this was not the answer that you are looking for but better to follow the above advice than to get hurt and not be able to lift.

See a doctor: Assuming you have done the typical conservative care such as ice/heat, nsaids, rest and exercise then it is time to see a doctor to address the issue.  You may need further testing/imaging  depending in what the doctor sees.
