See below: Rather than figuring out what to take it is more important that you evaluate your lifting technique, the amount of weight and reps you are doing rather than taking medications. You may need to alter your technique as well as the amount of weight and reps. I am sorry if this was not the answer that you are looking for but better to follow the above advice than to get hurt and not be able to lift.
