Adrenal issue: Adrenal insufficiency (with associated lack of hormones that the adrenal gland usually produces) can produce such symptoms. However, pain in the back can have many potential causes (musculoskeletal, GI, gynecologic). Talk to your doctor if symptoms continue to get a thorough evaluation to identify cause of symptoms.
