Belly bloating: If your belly bloating is from candida or food allergies then pre and probiotics will definitely help. But do see your physician to rule out any other possible causes, especially if you try the pre/pro-biotics and your bloating does not decrease.

Pain upper abdomen: Not knowing if this is constant or related to food  your pain appears to be in the upper abdomen with referred pain to sternum , fullness and tenderness. Stomache and Gall bladder disease can occur at your age depending on weight, eating habits and lipid levels.  You need to see a Gastro Enterologist and get a checkup for blood in stool, ultrasound abdomen, CT scan &amp; upper GI studies. Good luck

Malabsorption : Fat in the stool usually means one of two things- your diet is overloaded with indigestible fat, or your diet is acceptable, but your body is not digesting the available fat properly. It would be prudent to go see a GI doc and find out what the matter is, unless you overeat and are overweight, and are willing to do something about both of them. Weight loss and bloating  can be from the process that is causing the bile duct obstruction, gallstones? autoimmune ? mass at the head of the pancreas? .The  bile can back up into the liver/blood and  causes yellow skin/ eyes- jaundice, fluid in the abdomen,ascites from pressure. bloating when eating, gradually worse throughout the day. keep feeling movement just below my belly button and twitching like sensations. my period has been weird for 2 months. very thick, coming out only when i sit on the toilet. please help?

Evaluation: Consider seeing your Obgyn and a detailed history and examination. They can evaluate your abdomen, irregular periods and discharge. Then if needed after the Gyn evaluation they can refer you to a gastrointestinal doctor for evaluation of the bloating.

i'm 25. i was taking birth control for 7 years until 2/2022. i haven't had my period since. i have hormonal acne & my lower belly is usually distended, though i have low body fat and it doesn't feel like bloating. thoughts? supplement recs?
