Malabsorption : Fat in the stool usually means one of two things- your diet is overloaded with indigestible fat, or your diet is acceptable, but your body is not digesting the available fat properly. It would be prudent to go see a GI doc and find out what the matter is, unless you overeat and are overweight, and are willing to do something about both of them. Do the right thing and seek help and sdvice
