i have fatty liver grade 1. also have leaky gut problem. can i take l glutamine powder and how much for healing my leaky gut, considering my fatty liver grade 1. will it cause any side effect for me?

: You need to lose weight and abstain from alcohol. Taking or not taking  L Glutamine will not make any difference to your liver.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

on my 3rd week of healing from hysterectomy. i notice that i'm always hungry, especially ay night. is this a normal side effect? my surgery was big, vertical insesion and removal of a large fibroid. not sure if that makes a difference?
