I have fatty liver grade 1. also have leaky gut problem. can i take l glutamine powder and how much for healing my leaky gut, considering my fatty liver grade 1. will it cause any side effect for me?

You need to lose weight and abstain from alcohol. Taking or not taking L Glutamine will not make any difference to your liver. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
