: Unfortunately, that happens a lot due to being distracted with a sick child. However, nothing has been reported from doing that. Technically the Augmentin can lose its potency if left out for a long time and the liquid can separate in the bottle. But 24 hours, nothing much happens.

i was on 10mg of methadone, and my doctor switched it to hydrcodone. 10 mg i took a methdone around 7 hrs ago. is it ok to take the hydrocodone now.

If : It was once a day prescribed I would wait.  If it was used several hours a day it's enough time.  But only use meds if you are in pain.

i take low dose methadone, 7.5mg pm and 2.5mg am for rls. i have .25mg xanax (alprazolam) for occasional anxiety. is it ok to take these together at these doses?

Yes but......: Methadone for RLS?   RLS is typically treated with Iron (if you have RLS form low iron -called Ekbom Syndrome this usually works great.if you have RLS and your iron is normal the treatment is usually Dopamine agonists. Are you sure you are treating RLS and not neuropathy or some other condition?

i've been on methadone but coz we think it gave me long qt, am on subutex now. etopic beat is bad on it. the whole day long with no break is this ok?

No: You need to let your doctor know and get a cardiac work-up. Sometimes sleep apnea can cause a bad heart rhythm, so make sure that is addressed. Suboxone is a great drug, but it can suppress the brain's breathing center like other narcotics. If you were my patient i would want an ekg, holter monitor, and an overnight polysomnogram for starters. Please discuss with you family doctor or cardiologist.

i took 3mg lorazapam on the 19 of june on the 22 i took 2 10mg methadone i have a urine screen on the 10th of july i want to know if i will be ok it was only one time i took it?

Habit-forming drugs: Methadone is generally detectable in urine for up to 5 days after last dose. Lorazepam is listed as Benzodiazepines which shows in urine for 1-6 weeks. Lorazepam and methadon are habit-forming drugs, and it is addictive.

Depends: If your doctor tapered you off the methadone appropriately and under their medical supervision, everything will probably be fine as long as you don't relapse and go through withdrawal episodes. You should stay involved with treatment and follow up with your addiction/psychiatric and obstetric providers as requested.

Slowly: Because Methadone is a very long acting medication (the half life is 15 to 150 hours) Methadone needs to wean very slowly. I usually recommend one tablet per day per month. For instance, if you are taking 4 tablets per day, then you would wean to 3 per day for a month, then 2 per day for a month, then 1 per day for a month, then 1/2 tablet per month.
