Meth : Meth is short for methamphetamine and is in the amphetamine class of drugs.  Hydrocodone and tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 are both in the opioid class of drugs - a different class than amphetamines.  So your answer is no, hydrocodone and tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 would not make you test positive for meth.

Must be kidding!: Meth can cause profound insomnia, and using it in any amount is in my opinion a bad idea.  If you are addicted, recommend you contact na or another substance treatment program.

: You will need to see if it cross reacts with the assay used to detect meth etc.  Adipex is a ..amine.  It might depend on the sensitivity of the test.

BIG problem: Your question about being "incapacitated" without meth suggests you feel it supports you in some way.  This ignores the extreme risk to your health that daily meth use brings.  You'll need a team of addiction medicine and psychiatry doctors, your family doctor, possibly a dentist, and specific meth recovery program.  Depression can be treated; recovery from meth is challenging but very possible.
