Real tough: Dysfunction of certain nerve tracts produce this and meth leads to reduced function. Rebound takes a while. Wellbutrin (bupropion) may help. Antabuse has potential by slowing Dopamine breakdown. N acetyl cysteine may improve basal glutamate levels.
