BIG problem: Your question about being "incapacitated" without meth suggests you feel it supports you in some way. This ignores the extreme risk to your health that daily meth use brings. You'll need a team of addiction medicine and psychiatry doctors, your family doctor, possibly a dentist, and specific meth recovery program. Depression can be treated; recovery from meth is challenging but very possible.

Real tough: Dysfunction of certain nerve tracts produce this and meth leads to reduced function. Rebound takes a while. Wellbutrin (bupropion) may help. Antabuse has potential by slowing Dopamine breakdown. N acetyl cysteine may improve basal glutamate levels.
