Relapse: Relapse is not unusual, and is often part of the process of recovery. It can be difficult to get through the times after you use meth, because energy does feel depleted along with neurotransmitters being depleted too. I suggest working with an addiction medicine doctor on this problem. There are inpatient programs, and also community help is available at: http://www.Crystalmeth.Org/index.Php.

Addiction: Remember you displayed great courage and determination to stay clean for a year. Go to aa or na meetings and seek a therapist who specializes in addiction to get back on track. You did it once you can do it again. Best wishes.
