can your heart beat get weaker as time goes? maybe cancer or heart problems ? i been to heart / lung / ent / hemat doc bunch tests all good except + meth challenge airway disease. feel lump my throat and cnt feel heart beat in chest at rest or pace.

See GI doc: I suspect that your reflux is likely the cause for your throat sensation and Prtnx may not be enough to control it. The fast heart beat is likely from the long acting bronchodilator in Advair.  With just mild asthma (detected by methacholine challenge only), it is debatable whether you need to take Advair. Consider stopping it . Consider getting checked for vocal cord dysfunction as well.

: Meth is a stimulant and causes skin reactions from frequent sweating and dried leathery changes can occur.  Your picking and scratching of your skin, which is not uncommon in frequent meth use,  causes excoriations and scabbing.

: Simple answer.  Immediately stop meth, unless you have a "death wish".  Find a drug rehab program and get your life back on track.  It is your choice, but continuing of meth can likely lead to a future disaster.

Don't do it again: This is what "meth" can do to tissues supplied by the blood vessel that you injected. Next time, you may hit an artery, have it go to your brain, and you can end up as a cripple with permanent brain damage and no one will be sympathetic. Let this be a warning -- it may well be the only one you will get. Your physician can help you quit. Somebody loves you -- do it for them. Please.

Yes. : Medicines injected into a vein are essentially filtered by the very small capillaries of the lungs.  Any impurity or toxic substance is concentrated and accumulated  there.  This can lead to a variety of issues in the lungs - infection - inflammation and scarring - pulmonary hypertension - airway constriction- some of which is not be reversible. Injecting anything is a very bad idea.
