Red wine: Studies vary on the positive and negative effects of alcohol but generally say that a moderate amount of wine is fine, i.e., one glass daily for females and two for men.  Red wine is a bit more helpful than white in terms of health.  Your dad's doctor will tell you if he has any medical conditions that make wine a poor choice then it sounds fine. Not very: I think you might be thinking about horse urine, which is what the drug Premarin (conjugated estrogens) (pregnant mare urine) used to be made from. Drinking urine may not be dangerous but there's no good reason to do it. Pregnant animal urine will contain some level of estrogen but you'd never know how much. There are much better and safer ways to get estrogen and it shouldn't be taken without  progestin for most women.

should i drink water at night, even though my urine is clear? (i'm a 5'3, 227 lb female, 30 years old. living in laveen, az where it is 102 in the daytime and around 80 at night.?

: You do not need to drink after the dinner if you are not thirsty. If you drink at night you will have to wake up for the bathroom trip. 
Thirsty is the earliest symptom you will feel if you are dehydrated and too many bathroom trips are the symptom of overhydration.

i see everywhere online you should be drinking more water!! and that the average amt of water a female needs is around 92 oz. i like drinking water, but i usually only drink about 24oz a day and my urine is always clear. should i drink more often?

: Unless you are working exercising in heat and sweating a lot just drink when you are thirsty. No research suggests drinking more improves health. Search pubmed.gov for research articles.

Can, but why?: What do you wish to gain by doing this? You run the risk of getting sexually transmitted infection like gonorrhea, without the benefit of sex. It is an unhygienic act. If you have a fetish for doing this, make sure the urine donor is free of transmissible infections.

Don't drink urine...: Drinking another person's urine is not in general a healthy practice, and i would discourage it.  If the urine is infected with bacteria or viruses, it would be possible for the person drinking the urine to acquire infections.   Enjoy intimacy, but try not drink body fluids from others to minimize risk of spreading diseases.

See hematologist: Dark or reddish-brown urine is often an early symptom of an Acute intermittent porphyria, a condition from abnormal breakdown of red blood cells from enzyme defect.It may be mistaken for hematuria [blood in the urine] The abnormal color is due to accumulation of pigments called porphyrins and/or porphobilin in the urine. The abnormal urine coloration may lessen or return to normal between attacks.

Not sure: You have a condition called hematuria (blood in the urine).  The most common cause is a urinary tract infection. Other causes are kidney stones and tuberculosis.   More serious causes are sickle cell, IgA nephropathy or thin basement membrane disease. Suggest you should see your primary care doctor as your hematuria is persistent.

One man's...: As the saying goes, "One man's (or woman's) trash is another man's treasure." Urine is just water plus some chemical waste her body puts out, and urine is usually sterile (has no germs) unless there is some infection going on. If she drinks plenty of water, her urine is dilute (less chemicals per ounce). Concentrated urine has more chemicals per ounce. Overall, a little bit of urine is harmless.
