what is the difference between apperant picture of the melanoma and skin fungal infection?

Very different: Melanomas usually start in a pigmented lesion (not always). And slowly grow and may bleed or ulcerate. Fungal infections begin in moist creases or folds and have white arches or raised itchy pink skin and usually respond to treatment by keeping the area clean and dry whereas a melanoma will not. Any lesion present for over a month should be evaluated by a dermatologist.

Exam needed: An exam will be needed. Melanoma in early stages does not cause pain, but cannot be ruled out without a proper exam. Would suggest starting with your primary care doc or gyn for an exam.

Dot : A red or purple area on the lip may represent a blood vessel called a venous lake.  See a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment if needed.  Melanoma may a times be brown/black, black, dark purple or even reddish in color so get it checked to be safe.

Hemosiderin: I answered this question earlier. The discoloration is from iron pigment deposition. If it is a cosmetic issue, consult a plastic surgeon, otherwise it is harmless.

i have a hematoma on my lower lip after being intubated for a surgery 3 years ago. it remain purple blue with so brownish hues..hx of melanoma.

Hemosiderin: The purple blue color is due the deposition of iron released by the red cells in the hematoloma. You do not have a hematoma, just the residual iron released by the red cells. i had a sudden mole show up on my smallest toe, i'm not sure how long it's been there but i would say pretty recently. within a few months.  i have pictures of it.  problem is i can't see a dermatologist around here for at least a month or more.... is there anything i can do in the meantime?  my dad has/still has melanoma spots show up all the time so it is concerning to me.  brown center slightly raised bumpy area in it/tanish red outside of that very irregular border.

Concerning lesion: One possibility could be high resolution virtual medicine  consultation with a dermatologist. That is something that has been done for many years with success. However, if a biopsy was needed, you would still need to eventually be seen in person.

Yes!: Melanoma has about 50% probability of cure  as long as it has only spread to the regional lymph nodes. The number of nodes affected by tumor will determine the risk of relapse and the odds of achieving cure .

Depends: It all depends on where exactly within the brain it is growing. Often times it won't cause any symptoms, but if it does cause symptoms these can range from stroke like symptoms to headache to coma.

Nevus: You likely have a nevus or freckle either genetic or due to a previous injury; extremely unlikely to be melanoma. See MD if concerned.
