: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  a CT examination of the spine is warranted, as advised you your doctor.

Maybe echo: A mass inside the heart or in the wall of the heart would not likely show up on a chest xray.  If the mass was large enough or caused the heart to enlarge or if there was a pericardial effusion associated with it, there may be an indirect finding on the xray.  But the mass itself would not show up on the xray.  Ct of the chest could also potentially see a focal mass in the heart.

IV drugs & Spine: Iv drugs do not give you spine disease, however, compromised immunity can make you more prone to an infection that can settle in the disc(s) in your back. 
Diskitis is the infection of discs , possibly due to dirty needles and compromised health... Not usual after 13 years though. Find a good doc and have yourself evaluated for a possible degereative cause maybe. Thx!

Tylenol (acetaminophen) safest: Could take 1000mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) three times a day. If you don't have stomach issues, you can add NSAID like Ibuprofen 400 to 600 mg three times a day with meals if need more.

See your doctor: Chest pain radiating to the back with difficulty breathing could be a symptom of pneumonia. Doubt a blood clot unless you are a woman of contraceptives who smokes. I would only recommend advil or aleve (naproxen) for pain but please check this out.

?: The scoliosis is probably not the cause of your acute chest pain and sob. The chest pain could be anything from reflux to a heart attack to a panic attack.  Follow the advice of your treating md.

We have been working with excision and injection of Mitomycin c in the incision with fair results. Depending on the size and the width of the keloid.

Dyspepsia : If you are decribing bloating and belching, you probably have a disorder of the stomach or the small intestines. This includes simple gastritis, ulcers or infections. You should see a gastroenterologist for this to be evaluated and treated.

Not possible: I'm sorry but this internet forum is not able to cure your chronic chest pain. Stick with a doctor who can examine you and evaluate appropriate tests. If you're not satisfied with your treatment so far, consider going to a university clinic in the capital.

Stepwise approach: Avoidance of injury, pressure, massage, silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, 5fu (fluorouracil) injections, surgery and/or radiation therapy are used in the management of keloids (roughly in that progression). Laser therapy is controversial.
