They do.: Both are used for high blood pressure.  Eplerinone is specifically used for high BP due to aldosterone excess which is not the usual kind of high BP.  Ramipril inhibits renin which also results in some lowering of Aldo. This class of drug - ACE inhibitor is used for most highBp.
