Medicines: The 2 medicines you listed are both used for treating high blood pressure. One is an ARB (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker) and the other is an ACE (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) Inhibitor. Two different mechanisms to control your blood pressure. You may well need both.
