Acute seizures due to injury may not result in long term epilepsy.  Six months of treatment is appropriate, then assess whether further treatment is necessary.  This would involve good neurological evaluation and appropriate testing by a good neurologist.

Intraparenchymal hemorrhage is usually treated medically, though complications may require neurosurgical assistance.

Immature Vessels: Infants born before 30 weeks of pregnancy are at highest risk for such bleeding. The smaller and more premature the infant, the higher the risk for ivh. This is because blood vessels in the brain of premature infants are not yet fully developed and are extremely fragile. The blood vessels grow stronger after 30 weeks of pregnancy.

Unhealthy woman: Presumably because pushng the baby out at birth "pops" a brain artery. That would mean that the artery is itself sick since it is a highly abnormal result of birthing.

: Hard to clarify, as these are vague signs of possible reflexive reactions.  Intracranial hemorrhage has a guarded prognosis, and your medical team will need to be consistent and aggressive as time proceeds.  An EEG could objectify status, at this point.  A neurological exam might reveal more insight.  Have a conference with the intensivists.

Correct: CT is very sensitive for blood and that is why it is used for intial evaluation. Now for stroke itself symptoms on CT may not show up for 12 hours.

: Not clear if the interpretation decides that the area was not a meningioma, which is benign and very slow growing if present.  Would suggest you contact the radiologist to ask directly what is actually present.  Additional imaging may be an appropriate next step.

in the same lightning should peoples pupils be similar size? my pupils dilate & are huge compared to others in slightly dim light. doctors have commented too. no drugs. no medication. but do have intracranial hypertension. is this the cause?

: Would not think so. Might want to consult an eye Dr and a neurologist.
