If a ct scan says no acute intracranial hemorrhage, does that mean the stroke was not hemorrhagic?

Correct: CT is very sensitive for blood and that is why it is used for intial evaluation. Now for stroke itself symptoms on CT may not show up for 12 hours.

Cat scan Result: 1. Nervous tissue of the brain and cerebellum with normal density, no focal changes. 2. No intracranial haemorrhage. Ventricular system in the middle position, not dilated. But no conclusion (i.e normal) so are these results OK?
