Hard to say: White patches sometimes just represents healing skin with less pigment. It may need nothing at all but time for the skin to complete healing. If the area breaks out often a barrier material like zinc oxide or petroleum jelly may be protective. I would need to see it to know, which we cannot do on this forum.

Acne: Natural treatments don't have much value, although there are many folks who'd like you to believe in their salves, creams, lotions, and potions. Unfortunately, your desire to avoid medications and other creams and salves kinds of limits options. Practice good skin hygiene, don't overdo cleansing or washing, and maybe reconsider your "natural" choices.

Depending : Depending on the severity of your acne, there are several options.  There are prescription topical creams/gels such as tretinoin, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide that can help.  Topical or oral antibiotics could also be used in combination with the above topical therapies.  If your acne is hormonal related (and you are a woman), oral contraceptives can sometimes be helpful.  If you have severe, nodulocystic acne (and potential scarring), Accutane would be a good option for your skin.  It is very important to get your acne treated early, before any scarring has a chance to develop, so i would recommend you see a dermatologist.

: There is no interaction between those 2 main ingredients but I would prefer not using both at the same time, better to apply at least 2 hours apart, e.g. tranexamic acid before 8 and tretinoin before bedtime. Good luck.

If : If there is no skin breakdown or rash, keeping a skin fold dry and as free of moisture as you can is a good start. If there is skin breakdown you may have a secondary infection or fungal rash and may need to see a physician.
