These may outlast the actual dose of the drug by weeks.  Also there are muscle tension, involuntary teeth-clenching, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, and chills or sweating. Increases in heart rate and blood pressure can lead to heart attack and stroke, like w/cocaine.

1. Stop the drugs: First, stop using the drugs. It's hard to know what all you're getting in them, and both of these can result in psychosis in some people.  Mdma combines hallucinogenic properties with stimulant ones.  Second, if the dreams disturb you a lot, see a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist about them. They can help you process them, and evaluate for any other conditions needing help.  Good luck.
