1. Stop the drugs: First, stop using the drugs. It's hard to know what all you're getting in them, and both of these can result in psychosis in some people. Mdma combines hallucinogenic properties with stimulant ones. Second, if the dreams disturb you a lot, see a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist about them. They can help you process them, and evaluate for any other conditions needing help. Good luck.
