It sounds like: Your girlfriend has a drug problem and is in denial. The sad thing is that regardless of how much you love her and want her to be healthy - she still has the free agency to harm herself with mdma. Encourage you to have her read this response. Some times reading something in black ; white has a different impact then hearing it from a significant other. What she is doing is destructive.

Try Alanon: Which is a self-help group for people who are the family, friends and loved ones of those with addiction. They can help you with the multiple emotions - guilt, shame, anger, sadness - that people get when their loved ones are chemically dependent. In some cases, if your gf is willing to go into couples counseling with you, a therapist might be able to help motivate her to stop or get some help.
