No, very unlikely: I answered your previous question, and this one gets the same response. No physician should prescribe any controlled substance, particularly for pain.  You need an examination to determine cause of pain, and treatment directed at that.  Suboxone is not generally anybody's first choice for pain, and would be off-label for that. There are many better ways to treat pain than opioids. See doctor/NP/PA

PROVIGIL?: No: PROVIGIL is very effective for fatigue related to sleep apnea, it can help ADD as well. You need a full exam and labs and discussion of what your options are. It can technically be called in, but insurance plans request prior approval and will want a list of Meds tried and usually office notes. It is best to discuss treatment options with your doctor.

there's an article online reviewed by a md that says " migraines can cause lesions, which are areas of damage to the brain." whereas there's a doctor opinion that say t2 lesions caused by migraine are not brain damage. appreciate explanation?

: If migraine were to cause a stroke, you bet it would be "brain damage", but the usual MRI lesions are NOT permanent damage and are of no more consequence than lesions seen in smoking, or aging.  A lot of articles are opinions, or even frankly BOGUS.   Hopefully, we at HT have done our homework and quote legitimate studies.

The theoretical: risk of radiation induced cancer is based on your cumulative radiation dose over your lifetime.  In other words, it is the sum of all exposures, not any single particular exposure.  The radiation of 11 CTs is not likely to cause cancer, but you can calculate the theoretical increased risk with an easy to use tool at xrayrisk.com

Tough choice: If you are completing mbbs in india and have an idea to practice medicine in usa, you are in for tough journey. Indian doctors take one of 2 options come to usa.
Complete usmle 1 and usmle 2 from india and come to usa to complete usmle 3, residency
apply for masters programs like public health, biology, get student visa and come to usa.
