Because Y feel good: I looked at the roaster of participating remarkable physicians , why they are putting so much time to answer questions , not looking for any remuneration, because they get thrill , if some one asks an intelligent question like you , all line up to answer , they don't want to share their vast knowledge with you , don't want it vanish with them, and let your mind open to the thoughts.

Public service: I like the idea of a community of physicians providing patients with reliable information about medical topics they're asking about. I joined to contribute public service, to both educate and learn, and in general, to affect people positively. Lots of questions can be answered simply, relieving anxiety or prompting to helpful resources. I'm sure others have more reasons. Thanks for asking.
