Maybe: Depends primarily on the size, type and location of the meniscal tear. The torn cartilage may block your motion or simply cause too much pain when trying to bend the knee.

Depends: If your are physicaly active and not obese you most likely do fine with postoperative. Physical therapy. Talk to your surgeon.

MCL sprain: Grade 2 MCL sprain is a partial tear of the MCL, usually heals with rest and bracing and PT.  The ACL finding is of no concern right now

Yes: Wearing a brace does not guarantee ligament injury. ...But it could have been worse if you did not wear it.

Knee ligaments: Severe injuries of the knee involving 2 ligaments &amp; meniscus will require a few months to 6-8 months to recover depending unpinned the selected treatment  .   Non surgical care using a brace , NSAIDs and pt  typically results in some recovery within 2-3 months . Surgery , to include acl reconstruction  , partial menisectomy will require the longer quoted period of time

Ask ur OrthopedicDoc: Better yet, go see a sports medicine specialist who can help you decide when to return to activity. Many variables to consider. How "almost complete" is "almost complete"? In what sport do you participate? Most important, how is your pain control? Bottom line: go see your doc.

Stretch of ligaments: Sprains occur when ligaments (tissues holding joints together) stretch.  The ACL is a ligament in the inside of the knee.  The MCL  is on the middle side of the knee.  Disruption os ACL means it was probably/partially  torn.  Patella alta means that your knee cap is higher than usual.  You should  discuss these  findings with the ordering physician so she/he can determine appropriate treatmen

I learned 8 weeks for full recovery from bone or tendon injury, could be less for the young and healthy (? like you).
But theres also the possibility that the injury hasn't been healing (hard to avoid some strain on it) and so I would definitely check in with the practitioner who has been following your case.
