Refer to answer: I would not use it. On line could not find ingredients in it. You must know exactly what is in it, what are the sources, inorder to see how it is metabolized in your body to know what are the side effects and their consequences. A lot of products sold are dangerous to take.

Yes: Worry about anything that's not "food from the farm". Normal healthy people gain weight just fine, eating healthy foods that are not overly processed. Supplements are not needed. One's regular doctor can check to see if there is a hormonal problem or other condition, if a person is very underweight. (everyone should have a regular doctor to do check-ups and answer questions.).

: You do not need any 'tech powder' or supplements. Eat a normal healthy diet and have your Gym exercises supervised by a qualified person and you will be fine.

Should be OK: That product has 1300 calories with 50 gm protein and vitamins.  If you are not diabetic and have no intestinal diseases, there should be no problems with its use.  If you have abdominal cramps or diarrhea when taking it, you should see your physician to find out if you have an intestinal problem (like lactase or gluten intolerance)

Be careful : Depends which country you are in.  In some countries regulation around these products are a bit loose and cases of safety concerns have occurred.  Safest to work with a sports physician or physiotherapist and get specific advice for your individual situation

Err...: Not sure what side effects it may have as am not familiar with the product, but i would be a little cautious, especially if this is a product that the trainer wants you to purchase from the gym.  Most of these otc supplements do little.  Do the work, eat healthy food and your body will respond in the way it was designed to.  Better to trust nature rather than a man-made short-cut.
