Nothing!: This may upset her stomach and may turn her stools blackish or dark grey temporarily ..HOWEVER a call to your local POISON CONTROL CENTER would  be your best action...BTW 15 years old 50KG=small adult!

YES: The supplements you describe are safe...but their "benefit" is NOT well studied!
NOTE Do NOT exceed the instructions they come with! Large amounts of ViT D is NOT safe!!!!!!
