Nothing!: This may upset her stomach and may turn her stools blackish or dark grey temporarily ..HOWEVER a call to your local POISON CONTROL CENTER would be your best action...BTW 15 years old 50KG=small adult! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Go to ER NOW: No one mistakenly swallows that combination of pills. This was a much more serious issue. Take her to the nearest ER immediately.
