Early morning nausea: Early morning nausea could related to reflux.
Eat an anti-reflux diet and take zantac (ranitidine) before bedtime. If symptoms persist see local gastroenterologist.

Lots: Mu8ltiple causes including esophageal or stomach inflammation, ulcers, pancreatic disease, inner ear/sinus problems, neurological/brain issues, meds, drugs, alcohol, other.

6 years?: Surely you've had this evaluated by now, so i presume the diagnosis has eluded everyone. The most common cause of this scenario is silent gerd, but this is easily improved with elevation of the head of the bed, not eating late, and medication like prilosec. If that has afforded no improvement and an egd is normal, then it's possibly an uncommon neuromuscular disorder. See the dr for re-evaluation.

Gastric problem: This may be something like gastric reflux but one or two other problems may exist. Please see your primary care physician who I am sure will be able to get down to the bottom of your complaint.

Morning stomach: The most common cause of queasy stomach in the morning is excessive acid build up over night. This often occurs when we are feeling stressed or anxious as our bodies make more acid under these conditions. Quick thing to try is over-the-counter Prilosec or pepcid, (famotidine) both of which fight acid really well and don't do anything else.

AM nausea: Consider testing for H pylori. It is a bacteria associated with gastritis GERD and the omeprazole will not work unless you are treated with antibiotics (  usually 2 or 3 together ) or consider  ultrasound to check gallbladder as well as pancreas. Avoid alcohol, check liver tests  and for hepatitis C

Best bet: My best bet is that the nausea is a symptom of migraine. Sleep deprivation may triger a full blown migraine attack or a single symptom of the disorder: nausea in your case.

May be yes: If you didn&#x27;t eat good last night, you might develop some gastritis and feel nauseous and Alcohol even makes it worse.

If it goes away and is not associated with any worriesome signs such as a family history of stomach cancer , weight loss, recurrent vomiting a trial of acid supresssion may help. You can obtain this over the counter but if you are on any other medications ask your doctor about Potential interactions before taking. Trial of 4 weeks may be both diagnostic/therapeut

Both: Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger.  Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organ ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.
