AM nausea: Consider testing for H pylori. It is a bacteria associated with gastritis GERD and the omeprazole will not work unless you are treated with antibiotics ( usually 2 or 3 together ) or consider ultrasound to check gallbladder as well as pancreas. Avoid alcohol, check liver tests and for hepatitis C
