Why are you asking?: It may or may not. More likely it will not. It is very important to obtain a detailed and long history and physical to evaluate, by an experienced MD.  An isolated CXR is almost meaningless in context! Some experts have recently talked about yearly total body MRI. But unprovent AND DOES NOT REPLACE AN EXAM by an experienced doc, as opposed to a hospital employed money sucker.

Complementary: It is important to discard or consider other differential diagnosis before establish a treatment; so, it is needed to use a variety of tests. Besides, it is necessary to assess the state of other parameters, since this could help to measure the severity of your illness. I invite you to speak up to your doctor all this doubts, communication is very important in this difficult process.

have a firm axillary lymph about 1cm-1.1cm node doctor says its fine but im still worried and have had a chest x ray and blood test that is clear.and i have some in my neck that have been ultrasounded and look fine and are pea sized. lymphoma?

Reactive: These are reactive lymph nodes likely from some prior viral infection.  At 21 your likelihood for lymphoma is 1 in 100,000.  Lymph nodes that are consistent with lymphoma are typically spongy. Lower your incidence of cancer and lymphoma by eating right, getting enough sleep, reduce stress and stay away from substances. Remember to exercise!  This moves the lymph through the lymph nodes.

Yes and no: Chest x-ray can show the lymph nodes in the center(mediastinum) of the cheat. It also shows lungs(which are rarely involved by lymphoma). But lymphoma can develop in any lymph node groups which are scattered all over the body, chest being one of the several sites.

Still possible: In order to diagnose or rule out lymphoma, one needs to look at the involved lymph node under a microscope. Blood tests and x-rays can be helpful however a ct scan is more sensitive than a chest x-ray.

Not likely...: If you don't have any signs and symptoms that are usually seen in association with lymphoma like unexplained weight loss, fatigue, lack of appetite, night sweats, progressively growing lymph nodes, etc., then you probably don't have lymphoma.

Infection: It sounds like you are fighting an infection. Lymphoma in the chest can be seen on x-ray.

See your PCP for re-: Evaluation including the blood work, but more importantly have a physical examination, to be properly diagnosed.
The symptoms you describe are very nonspecific and could be due to any of many many conditions.
Certainly i would not think of leukemia or lymphoma as my first suspicion, with a normal cbc.
