Still possible: In order to diagnose or rule out lymphoma, one needs to look at the involved lymph node under a microscope. Blood tests and x-rays can be helpful however a ct scan is more sensitive than a chest x-ray.

Not likely...: If you don't have any signs and symptoms that are usually seen in association with lymphoma like unexplained weight loss, fatigue, lack of appetite, night sweats, progressively growing lymph nodes, etc., then you probably don't have lymphoma.
