Unclear: If you have had recent trauma, cracked ribs can be diagnosed on ct scan and often times on x-ray also.  If you are having pain under the right rib cage, it may be your gallbladder or liver.  See a physician if your pain is persistent/severe.

Your symptoms are concerning and you need to find out the cause.  Please make an appointment immediately.
